Shipping policy
SHIPPING DATA
Shipments within Italy for amounts over € 50.00 are free of charge. Shipments for orders below € 50.00 will have a shipping cost of € 8.00. As required by the laws regulating commerce, all Assia sas shipments are accompanied by a sales receipt stating the value of the individual items in Euro. For articles on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
DATE OF DISPATCH
Orders are registered and dispatched by Assia sas from Monday to Friday from 10-00-17-00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from the following Monday morning. Delivery within the national territory (excluding islands) takes place within 24-36 hours from dispatch with the exception of the month of August. For delivery to Sicily, Sardinia, islands and places difficult to reach, delivery times may be delayed. For 'Available Items', shipping is immediate.
SHIPPING ABROAD
We can also ship abroad. Shipments abroad have a variable cost (ask for more info) and the return is charged to the customer.
ORDER DELIVERY
If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts shall be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by Assia sas.
