In the event of cancellation of the order either by the customer or in the event of non-acceptance of the contract by Assia sas, Assia sas will request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the amount committed. Release times depend exclusively on the banking system and may be up to their scheduled expiry date (24th day from the date of authorisation). Once the transaction has been cancelled, Assia sas shall in no case be held liable for delays and/or damages caused by the banking system.
Assia sas reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information or to send copies of documents proving the ownership of the card used. Should the customer fail to provide such information and/or copies Assia sas reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the credit card purchase procedure is Assia sas able to know personal information relating to the credit card holder, since the information is transmitted directly to the site of the banking institute that manages the transaction on a site protected with ssl encryption. For this reason Assia sas cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on its site. IN NO EVENT WILL WE RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We will only receive the authorisation provided by the card manager. This procedure is absolutely secure and fully guarantees both the buyer and the merchant (i.e. Assia sas). The SSL encryption system guarantees that nobody can in any way read the information sent over the Internet.
Payment by advance bank transfer
In the case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will only be processed once we have received confirmation of the bank transfer. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily state the order number. The availability of products will only be assessed once the bank transfer has been made.

By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment. Your financial data will not be shared with Assia sas but will be handled directly by PayPal. In case of order cancellation or non-acceptance by Assia sas, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Assia sas will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during the reimbursement process.
Payment by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is the payment method for paying directly upon delivery of the ordered products. This payment method incurs an additional charge of €5.00.
Upon delivery, the customer shall pay the total amount of the order directly to the carrier in cash. For cash on delivery payments, we recommend that you prepare the exact amount due.
